Returns Policy

LFB hope you are delighted with your purchase; we love the shoes in our ranges and believe in quality and customer satisfaction. Please ensure you try your shoes on carefully indoors and on a carpeted surface so as not to mark the shoes. If you need to exchange your shoes for a different size please wrap and return them marking clearly on the outside package 'returned goods', please do not mark the shoe box as this will invalidate the return policy.
Please return the shoes within 14 days of receipt (21 days if you are outside the UK), and we will either exchange them or refund your money excluding postage and packaging costs. (date taken from when you received the goods as this is a traceable service)

RETURNS MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION (RMA)
Before returning the shoes to us please ensure you complete our online RMA form to request for your unique Returns Reference Number. This permits the return of the items you have purchased and to let us know why you are returning them, so we can quickly put things right. This reference number must then be quoted on the RETURNS FORM which also needs to be completed. The RETURNS FORM is on the back of your receipt and can also be downloaded here.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returning your shoes. If you wish to send your shoes back to us for an exchange or refund, please make sure that you use a 'Signed for' service to send them back as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for anything that does not arrive.
UK exchanges are free of charge (on the first exchange, subsequent exchanges will be charged at the standard rate) but for overseas exchanges there is a second delivery charge, due to the cost of shipping. We will however send the exchanged pair of shoes back to you at no extra cost.
All returns of original purchase will be credited to the original customer's credit card excluding shipping charges.
Please be aware that we cannot accept return shoes that have been worn or marked. If you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
Items returned after the stipulated returns period will be accepted at our discretion, and if they have since entered the sale may only be refunded at the sale price.
